We all carry major negative imprints from our past, childhood traumas and major life events that shape how we see ourselves and the world. Left unresolved, these incidents live on in the subconscious, showing up as limiting beliefs, repeating patterns, or emotional triggers. They become our false identity and run the show of our lives like puppet strings. “I am not enough,” “Something is wrong with me,” “I don’t belong,” etc.  

The E4 Method™ offers a way to move beyond simply coping with your past. Through current life regression, you are guided back into early memories and significant experiences, not to relive the pain, but to fully feel, neutralize, and release it. This is where the real transformation happens.

There is Divine order to this Universe. The extent to which you create harmony is  the extent to which you will experience your Divine power. Through freedom of choice, you can arrange things in such a way as to set in motion a series of causations that  will harmonize your own conditions without antagonizing the like power of others. We  experience free will to the extent we create without opposing Mother Nature or the  creations of others. If we misuse our energy, we begin to take away our own powers and  implode upon ourselves. 

 

AWAKEN THE ORACLE WITHIN: There is Divine order to this universe. The  extent to which you create harmony is the degree to which you will experience being in  your divinity. By drawing this card, your Higher Self desires to end emotional turbulence.  Any discord between you and another in your life may be coming to a close. When you  commit to inner peace, you will have peaceful relationships. This message could also mean  a benevolent relationship with food, your body, or with your physicality. The universe is  guiding you towards a harmonious life. 

 

JOURNAL & ACTION: Take full responsibility for all of your relationships. Make  any amends that are necessary. This includes apologizing to and forgiving yourself.

Spiritual Mind Treatment for the Universal Law of Harmony:

There is One Life, One Presence, One Infinite Intelligence.
This Life is pure harmony, the perfect equilibrium of all creation. It is the balance of night and day, the stillness and the movement, the peace that underlies every seeming discord. In the Mind of God, there is no conflict, no separation, only the perfect harmony of the Universe in divine order.

I am one with this Sacred Harmony.
I am attuned to the rhythm of Life, where all things are reconciled and made whole. Every memory, every experience, every story from my past is enfolded in this Divine Harmony. Nothing is broken, nothing is wasted; all is brought into balance through the perfection of Spirit.

I now declare and accept healing for my past.
I release the old patterns of resistance, judgment, and disharmony. I let go of the stories that have kept me bound to pain, and I open to the truth that all is resolved in the higher order of Love. Every trauma is transmuted, every wound is soothed, every imbalance is harmonized by the Divine within me.

I live in alignment with the Law of Harmony.
As I remember my true identity, I find peace in knowing that Life is always for me, never against me. I embrace
